Delegates and alternates
On 11 November you received at your LCA email address an invitation from Dr Nigel Long, Secretary of the Church, to confirm your attendance at the 20th Convention of General Synod. Since that date, a number of reminders have been sent to both LCA email and personal email addresses, as well as text messages to phones. The closing date for online registrations was 23 January.
Confirmation of attendance via the Synod online system has now closed. If you are an elected delegate or appointed alternate and you have not confirmed your attendance, or recorded an apology, you must contact us urgently.
Visitors welcome
Visitors are welcome to attend Convention and will be able to watch proceedings via the live feed from the delegate room. They will not be allowed into the Synod room with delegates.
Visitors were asked to attend and pay for their meals by 23 January. This opportunity has now passed.
